Gifts of Real Estate

We gratefully accept gifts of undeveloped land, commercial properties, or residential real estate that are free of liens and environmental hazards. Real estate that is no longer serving your financial needs can become a powerful gift to Hospice By The Sea.

Estate Sales

During life transitions, such as after a loss or relocation, we offer estate sale services to help families manage belongings they no longer need. Our team will:

• Oversee the estate sale process and prepare the property for new owners or listing.
• Ensure that proceeds from the sale can be donated and may qualify as a tax-deductible contribution.
